Hayley has balanced the macro nutrients in this lunchbox really well. Protein, carbs and fats. Fat’s are my personal fave and super important for brains, immune-system, gut, for the uptake of fat-soluble vitamins A,E,D,K, and for blood-glucose regulation which also = mood, emotional support. Love these ideas.
